Auggies compete at Tori Neubauer Invitational

LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Jennifer Lovering (SR, Bemidji, Minn.) led the Auggies with a top-100 finish as she led Augsburg to a 26th place team finish at the Tori Neubauer Invitational in La Crosse Wis. on Saturday.

Lovering finished with a season-best time of 23:48.9 over the 6,000 meter course as she finished in 100th place. Next across the line for the Auggies was Jennifer Pulscher (SO, Colorado Springs, Colo./Liberty HS), who also finished with a season-best time, recording a 26:43.1 clocking.

Kacie Bahr (SO, Brainerd, Minn.) and Adrienne Young (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./St. Anthony Village HS) were the next two finishers for the Auggies, recording times of 27:25.1 and 32:10.4 respectively.

Rounding out the top six for Augsburg was Erika Coe (FY, Roseville, Minn.) and Phoebe Novitsky (SO, Coon Rapids, Minn./Concordia Academy HS), who recorded times of 33:23.8 and 34:55.4 respectively.

Augsburg is off next week and returns to action on Saturday (10/31) at the MIAC Championships held at the Como Park Golf Course.
