Stefani Zappa (JR, Minneapolis, Minn./Patrick Henry HS) shot a two-day 178 (90-88) to lead the Augsburg College women's golf team at the University of St. Thomas Invitational, held Saturday and Sunday at the Pebble Creek Golf Club.
Augsburg shot a two-day, 36-hole total of 810 (414-396) to place 11th at the tournament.
Zappa placed 40th in the field with her 178 total, while
Jill Ferguson (FY, Batavia, Ill.) finished 41st with a 182 (94-88) total.
Megan Dale (SR, Northfield, Minn.) finished 53rd with a 200 (98-102) total, and
Jenna Marquardt (SO, New Prague, Minn.) placed 62nd with a 250 (132-118) total.
Augsburg closes its 2009-10 season on Friday at the Wisconsin-Stout Triangular at the Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax, Wis.
