TOURNAMENT STATISTICS

LAKE CITY, Minn. -- Johanna Frykmark (SR, Taby, Sweden/Rollingby Gymnasium HS) shot a two-day total of 180 (94-86) to finish 30th overall, leading the Augsburg College women's golf team at the Carleton College Division III Midwest Classic tournament, held Saturday and Sunday at The Jewel Golf Club.

Stefani Zappa (SR, Minneapolis, Minn./Patrick Henry HS) shot a 185 (92-93) total to place 38th in the 79-player event. As a team, Augsburg placed ninth in the 15-team event with a two-day, 36-hole total of 746 (381-365).

Jill Ferguson (SO, Batavia, Ill.) finished with a 190 total to tie for 45th, while Megan Dale (SR, Northfield, Minn.) shot a career-best 193 total to tie for 48th. Ashley Lindemann (FY, Fargo, N.D./Fargo South HS) shot a 206 total, and McKay Karl (FY, Belle Plaine, Minn.), competing as an individual, shot a 220 total.

Augsburg returns to action on Thursday (9/23), hosting Wisconsin-River Falls in an 18-hole dual meet at the Hiawatha Golf Course in Minneapolis.
