LAKE CITY, Minn. --
Jill Ferguson (JR, Batavia, Ill.) shot a two-day total of 188, leading the Augsburg College women's golf team at the Carleton College Division III Classic tournament, held on Saturday and Sunday at The Jewel Golf Club.
Ferguson had rounds of 95 and 93 for her 36-hole total of 188. As a team, Augsburg finished with an 805 (412-393) total, placing 21st.
Ashley Lindemann (SO, Fargo, N.D./Fargo South HS) shot a 203 (97-106) total for the Auggies, while
Kelli Linton (FY, Keiter, Ore./McNary HS) shot 203 (107-96),
Courtney Barthel (FY, St. Michael, Minn./St. Michael-Albertville HS) shot 212 (113-99), and
McKay Karl (SO, Belle Plaine, Minn.) shot 218 (113-105).
Augsburg hosts a triangular meet with Wisconsin-Stout and Wisconsin-River Falls on Tuesday (9/20) at the Hiawatha Golf Course in Minneapolis.
