Augsburg College is hosting the 2012 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Wrestling Regional on Saturday, Feb. 25, starting at 9 a.m. at Si Melby Hall in Minneapolis.

Fifteen teams from the Midwest and West will venture to Minneapolis to attempt to qualify for the NCAA Division III National Championships, which will be held March 9-10 at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, Wis. A total of 34 wrestlers (first, second and third place in each weight class, plus four at-large wrestlers) will qualify for the national tournament from the regional.

Information for fans:
• Tickets -- $8 for adults, $5 for students, children age 5-under admitted free. All tickets will be sold at the door; no pre-sale of tickets will be held.
• Tournament preview will be posted during the week of the regional.
• Championship semifinals, final and "True Fourth" matches will be video webcast live online (click here for link), starting at approximately 1:30 p.m.
• Cover It Live blog will be available throughout the day of competition.
• Results will be available and updated instantly through the TrackWrestling.com website.

Parking information for fans:
• Because it is an Augsburg For Adults (Weekend College) weekend, parking in ALL campus lots will be limited to Augsburg parking permit-holders when classes are in session. NO ATHLETIC SPECTATOR PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED IN AUGSBURG PARKING LOTS, including "Lot L," the large parking lot adjacent to Edor Nelson Field and Si Melby Hall, during that time. Lot L will be staffed and individuals without proper permits will be turned away. Lots will also be patrolled and non-permit-holders will be ticketed and/or towed at owner's expense. There may the possibility of limited spots being available in Lot L; if there are spots available, non-permit-holders will be charged $5 to park.
• Athletic event spectators are encouraged to park in the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview "Yellow Ramp" (click for map). The entrance is located off of 23rd Avenue South, north of Riverside Avenue and behind the HealthPartners clinic -- roughly a three-block walk to the Augsburg athletic facilities. Hourly rates for Yellow Ramp: $2 for 0-to-1/2 hour; $4 for 1/2-to-1 1/2 hours; $5 for 1 1/2-to-2 hours; $6 for 2-to-3 1/2 hours; $7 for 3 1/2-to-5 hours; $8 for 5-to-6 hours; $9 for 6-to-7 hours; $10 for 7-to-24 hours.
• There is also on-street parking available on the streets around Murphy Square Park in the center of campus, as well as metered parking (enforced 24 hours a day) on Riverside Avenue. Please note that all on-street parking has time limits or is metered; please be aware of the time limits where you park.
