MIAC WOMEN'S HOCKEY ATHLETES OF WEEK
MINNEAPOLIS -- Augsburg College goalie
Brianna Schulz (FY, Prior Lake, Minn.) was named Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Hockey Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Monday.
Schulz had an 86-save performance in Augsburg's loss and tie to Bethel over the weekend. She collected a career-high 53 saves and allowed just two goals in
Augsburg's 2-1 loss at Bethel on Friday, then claimed 33 saves and allowed one goal in a

Under second-year head coach

earned the honor on Jan. 9.
This weekend, the Auggies face St. Thomas in an MIAC series. Saturday's (2/18) game is at 7 p.m. at Ed Saugestad Rink, and Sunday's game (2/19) is at 1 p.m. at the St. Thomas Ice Arena in Mendota Heights, Minn.
