Barinedum Kordah (SO, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Park Center HS) led the Augsburg men's track and field team at the Snowshoe Open Friday afternoon, recording personal records in two events. Kordah finished second in the 400 meter dash with a time of 49.93 seconds, while also long jumping his way to a second-place finish with a distance of 22'4.25". HOW IT HAPPENED•
Undre Smith-Brewer (SO, St. Paul, Minn./Johnson HS) recorded a sixth-place finish in the 60 meter dash crossing the finish line in 7.00 seconds. Smith-Brewer is currently first on the MIAC list in the 60 meter dash.

Festus Lamin and Wilson Musaybimana set indoor personal records in the event with times of 7.36, 7.40, 7.44 and 7.66 respectively.
• Luke Iverson (SR, Maple Grove, Minn.) was Augsburg's lead runner in the 800 meter run, finishing with a time of 2:02.59.
• Mohamed Mohamed (JR, Eden Prairie, Minn.) recorded an eighth-place finish in the 1 mile run with a personal best time of 4:24.03. • Abdul Salan finished in ninth-place in the 3000 meter run with a personal record time of 8:55.25. • Adams competed in the 60 meter hurdles crossing the finish line with a personal record time of 9.33.
• Deontae Heuer streak of school records in the pole vault came to an end on Friday as he cleared 13'3".

Michael Kantor (JR, Columbia Heights, Minn.) was Augsburg's top performfer in the shot put with a distance of 41'2.25"
• Danny Buege (SO, Stillwater, Minn.), Kantor and Jesse Kuusisto (SO, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) all had a great showing in the weight throw. Buege and Kuusisto each recorded new personal records finishing in fourth and 10th place with distances of 45'7" and 42'8.75" respectively. Kantor finished in ninth place with a distance of 42'11".
