MEET RESULTSST. PAUL, Minn. - The Augsburg College men's track and field team competed at the Concordia St. Paul Holst Invitational on Saturday afternoon. HOW IT HAPPENED• In the 100-meter dash, Undre Smith-Brewer (SO, St. Paul, MInn./Johnson HS) recorded a third-place finish with a time of 11.17 seconds. He recorded another top-ten finish (ninth) in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.46 seconds. • The Augsburg 4x100 meter relay team recorded a first-place finish with a time of 43.47, beating out UM-Duluth, U of Northwestern-St. Paul, and two UW-Superior relay teams.
• Mohamed Mohamed (JR, Eden Prairie, Minn.) finished fifth in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:07.88• Fabien Dubbe (SR, New Prague, Minn.) was Augsburg's top runner in the 400 meter dash, finishing in 11th with a time of 51.98 seconds.
• Luke Erickson (JR, Chippewa Falls, Wis.) competed in the 800 meter run, recorded an eighth-place finish with a time of 2:02.55. • Ibrahim Barqadle (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./Fridley HS) recorded a fourth-place finish in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:24.36.
• Jesse Kuusisto (SO, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) finished 10th in the hammer throw with a distance of 143'0", and 13th in the shot put with a distance of 40'6.0".
• Michael Kantor (JR, Columbia Heights, Minn.) finished third in the javelin throw with a distance of 143'1", and ninth in the discuss throw with a distance of 127'0".
• Deontae Heuer (FY, Minneapolis, Minn./Stanley Boyd HS) finished fourth in the pole vault, clearing 14'3.25". • Walter Foster-Bolton (SO, Hopkins, Minn.) finished ninth in the long jump with a distance of 18'7.0". TOM CAT TWILIGHT• Sean Adams (JR, Zumbrota, Minn./Zumbrota-Mazeppa HS) competed in the Tom Cat Twilight meet at the University of St. Thomas on Thursday evening.
• Adams recorded second and fifth-place finishes in the triple jump and high jump. His triple jump distance of 41'9.75" secured second, then he cleared 5'1.75" for fifth in the high jump. UP NEXT• The Auggies will travel to St. Paul, Minn. for the Macalester College Twilight Meet on Thursday (4/23).
