MEET RESULTS

LA CROSSE, Wis. -- The Augsburg College men's track and field team competed at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Ashton May Invitiational at Veterans Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Jesse Kuusisto (JR, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) recorded the top Auggie finish on Saturday with a distance of 40.55-meters (133-feet-00) in the discus throw for 10th-place.
• Luke Erickson (SR, Chippewa Falls, Wis.) finished 22nd in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.77. 
• Sean Adams (SR, Zumbrota, Minn./Zumbrota-Mazeppa HS) competed in the 110-meter hurdles and the high jump, placing 38th with a time of 18.66 seconds in the hurdles and 18th with a height of 1.55-meters (5-feet-1) in the high jump. 
• Jack Juliar (FY, St. Clair, Minn.) was the top Auggie finisher in the shot put with a distance of 11.75-meters (38-feet-6.75). 
• Michael Kantor (SR, Columbia Heights, Minn.), Kuusisto and Gunnar Melin (FY, Edina, Minn.) finished 16th, 17th, and 19th in the hammer throw with distances of 43.74-meters (143-feet-06), 43.61-meters (143-feet-01), and 42.24-meters (138-feet-07) respectively. 
• Tyler Rea (SO, Red Wing, Minn.) recorded an 11th-place finish in the javelin throw for the Auggies with a distance of 44.95-meters (147-feet-06).
