MEET RESULTS
WINONA, Minn. -- The Augsburg College men's track and field team, ranked No. 28 in the latest U.S. Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association Division III computer national rankings, competed at the Saint Mary's Open on Saturday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• With a limited crew,
Tyler Rea (SO, Red Wing, Minn.) was Augsburg's top finisher as he recorded fifth-place in the javelin throw with a distance of 46.84-meters (153-feet-08).

Damon Summer (FY, Owatonna, Minn.) finished 24th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.74 seconds.
•
Chris Huss (JR, Jordan, Minn.) finished the 5,000-meter run in 14th with a time of 16:59, while
Ryan Moore finished 17:22.81.
• Abdual Salan (JR, Burnsville, Minn.)was the only competitor in the 10,000-meter run and he finished with a time of 32:41.06.

Sean Adams (Sr, Zumbrota, Minn./Zumbrota-Mazeppa HS) finished, fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 12.27-meters (40-feet-3.25), and 21st in the the pole vault with a height of 33.06-meters (10-feet-0.5).

Jesse Kuusisto (JR, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) finished the discuss throw in 13th with a distance of 41.66-meters (136-feet-08), while
Gunnar Melin (FY, Edina, Minn.) finished 12th in the hammer throw with a distance of 42.18-meters (138-feet-05).

Tyler Rea (SO, Red Wing, Minn.) recorded fifth-place in the javelin throw with a distance of 46.84-meters (153-feet-08).
• Kuusisto also competed in the shot put, finishing in 19th with a distance of 12.38-meters (40-feet-7.50).
