A guard, he scored 792 points in his three seasons, averaging 12.0 points per-game. He led the team in scoring in the 1981-82 season, averaging 20.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.4 assists per-game to earn All-MIAC first team and NAIA All-District 13 first-team honors. He was a team captain on that squad that advanced to the NAIA final eight. He averaged 7.9 points per-game on Augsburg’s squad that went to the NAIA national tournament in Kansas City in the 1980-81 campaign. Bradford earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Augsburg in 1986, and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005. For the past three decades, he has worked in the railroad industry, first for the Soo Line and later for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. He currently serves as a manager of budgets for the Chicago Metra, Twin Cities Northstar and Seattle Sounder commuter service railways. He was selected as one of BNSF’s Employees of the Year in 2004. He has coached baseball and basketball on the youth level, and says he is an avid golfer and relentless pursuer of 30-inch walleyes. Bradford and his wife, Lisa, have four children -- Jasmine, Nicholas, Benjamin and Tucker, and live in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
