C.J. Beaurline was one of the was one of the best forwards in Augsburg men's hockey history, earning All-MIAC honors three times, MIAC MVP honors in 1994, and was named a first-team All-American in 1994. He finished his career with 155 points in 107 career games, ranking seventh all-time in school history in career points, eighth in career goals and seventh in career assists. He also played three seasons of baseball for the Auggies as a catcher for fellow 2014 Hall of Famer Dan Wenzel. He finished his career with a .270 batting average in 82 career games. C.J. lists his greatest highlight in athletics as playing for legendary Augsburg coach Ed Saugestad. A mathematics major with an economics minor, C.J. currently is a Field Sales Engineer for the North Central territory at Avago Technologies. He has remained active in the hockey community, officiating NCAA Division I men's hockey for 14 years and high school hockey for 18 years. C.J. currently serves as President of the St. Paul Hockey Officials Association and was a member of the National Federation of High Schools Rules Committee for three years. C.J. and his wife Christin, have four children -- Savanna, Simeon, Sophia, and Basil -- and reside in Ham Lake, Minnesota.
