Augsburg University Athletics

Hawks was a member of the baseball team at Augsburg, who won the 1959 MIAC Championship. He taught and coached for 32 years in Cannon Falls and has been involved with the Minnesota State High School league for 18 years.  15 of those years, he was the District 15 secretary and the last three as Region 4 secretary. He is currently a member of the Cannon Falls Bears Baseball Board and is on the Board of Directors of the Cannon Country Club.
