Rhoads was a three-year member of the Augsburg softball team after transferring from St. Mary’s University, and became one of the top offensive infielders in school history. A three-time All-MIAC and National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region selection during her career, Rhoads also earned NFCA All-America third-team honors following her senior season. During her senior season, Rhoads hit .440 with 14 doubles, 27 RBI and a .637 slugging percentage, which all rank among the top-five in a single season in school history. A .384 career hitter, Rhoades currently holds the fourth-highest career batting average at Augsburg, and twice led the Auggies in single-season batting average. Rhoads' 61 career RBI currently ranks sixth in school history, while .469 career slugging percentage is currently ranked seventh-best in school history. Rhoads and the Auggies won 20 games and finished fourth in the MIAC standings in 1995. A mathematics major at Augsburg, Rhoads and her husband, Justin, have two children -- Lauren and Mason -- and live in Blaine, Minn.
