    Women's Basketball
One of the top players in school history in women’s basketball, Henke is second on the school’s all-time scoring (1,175 points, 13.8 points per game) and rebounding (826) lists, while third in blocked shots (43). She was the first Auggie women’s basketball player – and one of only five in school history – to break the 1,000 point barrier. Her 272 barrier (13.6 per game) in 1980-81 is still the single-season record, and she remains on the school’s top-10 record list in 12 different single-game, season or career categories. She also served as manager of the Augsburg softball team. Since graduating from Augsburg in 1982, she has worked as a physical education teacher and coach. For nine years, she served as a teacher and girls’ basketball varsity coach at Breck High School, and since then, she has worked as a physical education teacher at Kimberly Lane Elementary School in Wayzata, Minnesota. She has been a confirmation guide, Brownie leader and has served on the Hopkins Royals traveling basketball board. She lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with her husband Brad ’81 and children Mitchell, Andrew, and Emma.
