Rebecca Wesley (Bethel '15) is serving in her first season at Augsburg as an assistant coach for the men's and women's cross country teams.
Previous Coaching Experience:
During the 2016 outdoor season, Wesley served as a track and field volunteer assistant coach at her alma mater, Bethel University.Â
Running Career/Achievements:
Wesley competed in both cross country and track and field at Bethel from 2012-2015. In track and field, she served as team captain during the 2014 and 2015 seasons. After Bethel, Wesley completed her eligibility at the University of Minnesota, where she participated in a season of cross country and indoor track and field.
In addition to two All-MIAC and six All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors, Wesley was also a member of the 2014 All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team for women's outdoor track and field, and participated in the 2014 MIAC Student-Athlete Leadership Conference.
