Game Summary:
MINNEAPOLIS (10/2/99) -- Peter Lefebvre scored two goals and added an assist to lead the University of St. Thomas to a 3-1 victory over Augsburg College in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's soccer game Saturday afternoon at Anderson-Nelson Field.
Lefebvre's two goals came in an eight-minute stretch late in the game, scoring on a cross from the left side and on a floater from the center. Jeff Wolf added the first goal of the game for the Tommies.
St. Thomas is now 5-4 overall and 3-1 in the MIAC, while Augsburg falls to 2-5 overall and 0-4 in the MIAC.
Brian Hesser (Jr., Minneapolis, Minn./South HS) had the lone goal for the Auggies, on a cross from the right side with 2:55 remaining in the game.
