Cindy Drum (Sr., Milwaukee, Wis./Nicolet HS) scored twice Saturday, leading Augsburg College past Concordia-Moorhead 4-0 in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's hockey game Saturday afternoon at Augsburg Ice Arena.
Augsburg completed the series sweep of Concordia, improving to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the MIAC. Concordia drops to 5-3 overall and 0-2 in the MIAC.
For the second night in a row, Augsburg held a large shots-on-goal advantage on the Cobbers, keeping the play in the Concordia end most of the way. Augsburg outshot Concordia 74-11 in the game, with Shyla Wilson (Fr., Cohasset, Minn.) making 70 saves for the Cobbers. Auggie goalie

Jodi Winters (Fr., Little Canada, Minn./Roseville HS) saved all 11 shots she faced to score the victory.
Drum scored her first goal at the 1:10 mark of the first period, adding her second on a power play in the third period.
Angie Rieger (Jr., Courtland, Minn./New Ulm Public HS) scored her team-high sixth goal of the season for Augsburg, while
Katie Cheese (So., Shakopee, Minn.) notched her first tally of the season in the second period.
Augsburg returns to action on Sunday, Dec. 12 (7:05 p.m.), hosting Division I Minnesota State-Mankato in a nonconference game at Augsburg Ice Arena. Concordia hosts-Wisconsin Eau Claire in a two-game nonconference series Dec. 11-12 (7 p.m. Sat., 2:45 p.m. Sun.).
