BOXSCORE
MINNEAPOLIS (10/11/05) --
Millie Suk * (Sr., Rochester, Minn./Mayo HS) scored two goals and added an assist for a five-point night, and goalkeeper
Maggie DeGroot (Fr., Waukesha, Wis./Waukesha West HS) made 11 saves for Augsburg College, as the Auggies remained unbeaten with a 4-1 victory over Concordia College-Moorhead in a battle of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer contenders on Tuesday night at Augsburg's Edor Nelson Field.
With the win, Augsburg improves to 7-0-4 overall, 4-0-2 in MIAC play, continuing its best unbeaten streak to start a season in the history of the women's soccer program, now at 11 games. The previous best unbeaten start to a season was five games (4-0-1) in the 1997 season.
Meanwhile, Concordia saw its 10-game winning streak snapped in falling to 10-2-0 overall, 7-1-0 in MIAC play. Concordia also had a 13-game MIAC winning streak (dating to the 2004 season) snapped with the loss to the Auggies.

The "own goal" broke a school record streak without allowing a goal of 519:38 for the Cobbers, a stretch that included five straight shutout victories.
Suk gave the Auggies a 2-0 lead in the 49th minute, firing from in front for a goal off a feed by
Emily Anderson * (Jr., Hudson, Wis.). With two assists on the day, Anderson extended her personal scoring streak of at least a goal or assist to 10 straight games.
Concordia trimmed the lead in the 70th minute, as Rachel Lewis (So., Lakeville, Minn.) headed the ball on the right side of the net from Suzy Grabko (Jr., Fargo, N.D./Fargo North HS).
But Augsburg clinched the win with two goals in a 4:43 span late in the game.
Kelsey Watsabaugh (Fr., Eden Prairie, Minn./Hopkins HS) finished a long sprint with a goal from Suk and
Noreen Hogan (So., Moline, Ill./Alleman HS) in the 84th minute, and Suk slammed home her second goal of the game from the top of the penalty box in the 89th minute, on an assist from Anderson.
Concordia outshot Augsburg by a 23-15 margin, but DeGroot made 11 saves on the Cobbers' 12 shots on goal. Britt Reiersgord (Fr., Edina, Minn.) made four saves for the Cobbers.
