RIVER FALLS, Wis. (11/2/07) -- Forward Dustin Norman scored his first career hat trick, leading the University of Wisconsin-River Falls men's hockey team to a 7-0 nonconference win over visiting Augsburg College on Friday night at Hunt Arena.

Norman scored a goal in each period, and goals from Wade Harstad, Nolan Craner, Mitch Kerns and Pat Borgestad added to the total for the Falcons, now 2-0-0 on the season. Jim Henkemeyer had four assists for the Falcons.

It was the first game of the season for Augsburg, which was outshot by a 45-17 margin.

Andy Kent (Jr., Lakeville, Minn.) collected 38 saves in goal for Augsburg.

The Auggies return to action on Saturday (11/3) at 7:30 p.m. with a nonconference game at Wisconsin-Stout.
