Auggies edged at UWRF

BOXSCORE

RIVER FALLS, Wis. -- A goal late in the first period provided the lone scoring in the game, as the University of Wisconsin-River Falls scored a 1-0 win over visiting Augsburg College in a nonconference men's hockey game on Saturday evening at Hunt Arena.

Augsburg (2-2-0 overall) outshot Wisconsin-River Falls (4-1-0 overall) by a 34-24 margin -- including a 25-14 margin in the final two periods of play. Bo Storozuk stopped all 34 shots he faced to score the victory for the Falcons.
