MINNEAPOLIS -- Grace Edgar (SR, Plano, Texas/Plano West HS) collected 40 saves in goal, but her Augsburg College women's hockey team dropped a 5-0 decision to St. Catherine University in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest on Friday evening at Ed Saugestad Rink.

Kelsey Abrahamson (JR, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Simley HS) and Michaela Michaelson (SR, Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Simley HS) scored two goals apiece for St. Catherine (4-1-0 overall, 3-0-0 MIAC), with Meghan Lange (SR, West St. Paul, Minn./Henry Sibley HS) adding the other Wildcat goal. Michaelson added two assists for a four-point evening.

St. Catherine outshot Augsburg (0-6-0 overall, 0-3-0 MIAC) by a 45-18 margin en route to the victory. Edgar recorded her second 40-plus-save game of the season with her 40-save effort.

Erin Leyden (SR, Glen Ellyn, Ill./Glenbard South HS) had five shots for Augsburg, with Kressi Lehn (SR, Rogers, Minn.) adding three shots and Whitney Pratt (SR, Mitchell, S.D.) recording two shots.

The teams complete the MIAC series on Saturday (11/20) at 2 p.m. at Ridder Arena in Minneapolis.
