HOW IT HAPPENED• Augsburg jumped out to a 2-0 lead, but that would be the Auggies' only lead of the evening as No. 2-ranked St. Thomas remained unbeaten on the year.
• Lillquist led the Auggies with 14 points on a 6-of-10 shooting from the floor, while adding a rebound and an assist.
• Bridget Bednar (FY, Pierz, Minn./Pierz HS), Abbey Luger (SR, Oakdale, Minn./North St. Paul HS) and Jenna Orth (JR, Melrose, Minn./Melrose HS) finished with six points apiece for the Auggies.• For the game, Augsburg shot 35.9 percent (14-of-39) from the floor, while St. Thomas connected on 55.0 percent (22-of-40) of its shot attempts.
• St. Thomas claimed a 30-17 advantage on the boards.
