MEQUON, Wis. --
Izzy Snow (SO, Golden Valley, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) scored the game-winning goal with 4:27 left in overtime, giving Augsburg College a 16-15, come-from-behind win over Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference leader Concordia University-Wisconsin on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Trailing 15-12 with 11:13 left in regulation, Augsburg scored three goals in the final 7:25 to tie the game and force overtime -- the Auggies' second overtime game of the season. Snow then scored a free-position goal 1:33 into the first overtime session to give the Auggies' their first overtime victory in the four-year history of the program.
• Augsburg rallied several times in the road victory, rallying from an early 4-2 deficit to tie the game at 5-5 halfway through the first half, rallying again to tie the game 7-7 at halftime, and rallying from deficits of 11-8 and 14-10 to tie the game at 15-15 at the end of regulation.
• Snow led the way for the Auggies, scoring five goals with two assists for a seven-point night, tying Augsburg's single-game record for points. It's the seventh time an Auggie has recorded a seven-point game -- twice by Snow,, three times by
Delaney Everett (JR, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Champlin Park HS) and twice by
Helena Nguyen (JR, Maple Grove, Minn.). Snow added two draw controls, two ground balls and a caused turnover.
• Nguyen scored two goals in the first half and added two assists for a four-point afternoon, while Everett scored a goal with two assists, seven draw controls, two ground balls and a caused turnover.

Demey Everett (FY, Brooklyn Center, Minn./Champlin Park HS) scored three goals for the Auggies.

Rachel Frantz (SR, Mounds View, Minn./Irondale HS) scored a goal with an assist and three ground balls, and
Dezera Sieracki (SR, Wyoming, Minn./Centennial HS) scored a goal with an assist.

Christina Nelson (SO, Bloomington, Minn./Kennedy HS) scored a goal with four ground balls, three caused turnovers and a draw control, and
Mikayla Jones (FY, Stillwater, Minn.) scored a goal with a ground ball, caused turnover and a draw control.
Ashley Pettipiece (JR, Mounds View, Minn./Irondale HS) scored a goal with a draw control and caused turnover.
Jesse Heusinkveld (JR, Mound, Minn./Mound-Westonka HS) had three ground balls and a caused turnover.

Marissa Guillou (JR, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS) had 18 saves in goal, along with seven ground balls and two caused turnovers.
• Augsburg was outshot by a 48-32 margin by Concordia. The Falcons also claimed 32 ground balls to Augsburg's 22, and had 16 draw controls to Augsburg's 12. Augsburg converted 15-of-28 clearing attempts, compared to 13-of-21 by Concordia.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE
• Augsburg finished the regular season with an 8-3 MWLC record, clinching a spot in the four-team MWLC postseason playoffs. Concordia-Wisconsin won at least a share of the MWLC regular-season title with a 10-1 league record, and will host the playoffs next Friday and Saturday (5/5-6) in Mequon, Wis. Illinois Tech, which is 9-1 in MWLC play, can share the regular-season title with CUW with a win over Beloit (Wis.) on Saturday (4/29), but is ineligible to compete in the MWLC playoffs due to its transitional status to NCAA Division III.
• The two other teams which have clinched playoff spots -- Hamline (8-2 MWLC) and Aurora (Ill., 7-3 MWLC), close their league seasons on Saturday, with Hamline playing at Monmouth (Ill.) and Aurora playing at Wartburg (Iowa).
• At 12-5, Augsburg has increased its single-season win total for the fourth year in a row, bettering last year's 11-7 overall and 6-3 MWLC campaign.

• Lauren Paquin scored four goals with an assist to lead Concordia, while adding five draw controls, three caused turnovers and three ground balls. Caitlin Henry scored three goals with an assist, adding three draw controls and a ground ball.
• Veronik Metanova had four saves in goal, along with three ground balls and a caused turnover.
