Auggies claim second MIAC win, 3-0 at Bethel

ARDEN HILLS, Minn. -- It's a case of "fourth verse, same as the first" for Ashley St. Aubin (SO, Burnsville, Minn.). For the fourth time this season, she scored a pair of goals for the Augsburg University women's soccer team, as the Auggies claimed a 3-0 victory at Bethel University in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• St. Aubin gave the Auggies an early lead with a goal in the third minute, assisted by Callie Athey (FY, Eagan, Minn./Burnsville HS). Her second goal of the game came in the 49th minute, an unassisted marker.
• Jada Olson (SO, Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) scored for the Auggies in the 38th minute, scoring off a corner kick for her second goal of the season.
• Augsburg outshot Bethel by a 10-9 margin in the game. St. Aubin had three shots in the game, while Athey had two shots.
• Marissa Guillou (SR, Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley HS) had two saves in the game in goal for her first shutout of the season and 14th of her career.

• St. Aubin has scored two goals in each of Augsburg's four victories so far this season, and she now has seven multi-goal games in her 28-game collegiate career.
