ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Outshooting its opponents by a 24-5 margin, the Augsburg University women's soccer team claimed its third straight shutout victory, a 4-0 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference triumph at Hamline University on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Augsburg scored three first-half goals and dominated play, leading for all but the opening 7:11 of the game. Augsburg outshot Hamline 11-4 in the first half and 13-1 in the second half.

Ashley St. Aubin (JR, Burnsville, Minn./Burnsville HS), theÂ
scoring leader in the MIAC, figured in the scoring on all four goals, scoring on a corner kick in the eighth minute and assisting on the next three goals of the game. She improved her point total to 33 points (13 goals, seven assists).

Gabriela Encarnacion (JR, Bel Air, Md./Bel Air HS) scored her fourth goal of the season in the 11th minute,
Jessy Wiskofske (SR, Wausau, Wis./Wausau West HS) scored her fourth goal of the year in the 29th minute, and
Niki Ryan (SO, Minneapolis, Minn./Washburn HS) scored her first goal in the 71st minute.

Emily Chapman (JR, Elburn, Ill./Kaneland HS) recorded two saves to pick up her fifth shutout of the season and eighth of her career.Â

• Augsburg extended its shutout streak to 289:19, covering its last four games and three straight shutouts. Augsburg now has six shutout wins as a team this season.
• With her goal, St. Aubin is now one goal shy of tying the Augsburg career record for goals. She now has 45 career goals in 52 career games, one goal behind the record of 46, set by
Olivia Muyres '15 (2011-14). St. Aubin now has 108 points (45 goals, 18 assists) in her career, second in school history to Muyres' 119 points (46 goals, 27 assists).
