Nick Heenie (SR, Victoria, Minn./Waconia HS) caught 11 passes for 151 yards and two touchdowns, leading his Augsburg University football team to a 27-24 victory over Concordia University-Wisconsin on Saturday at Tomasini Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Heenie caught a 10-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and an eight-yard score in the second, as Augsburg scored the first 20 points of the game and led 20-3 at halftime. Concordia rallied back late, scoring three times in the final 5:56, recovering an onside kick to set up its final score. Following the last touchdown, Augsburg was able to recover the Falcons' onside kick, sealing the victory with 13 seconds left.
• Augsburg put together 415 yards (204 rushing, 211 passing) of total offense in the game, compared to 554 (196 rushing, 358 passing) for Concordia-Wisconsin. StarterÂ
Quinn Frisell (SR, Plymouth, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) completed 10-of-16 passes for 92 yards and a touchdown, before being relieved due to injury for
Quentin Lake (JR, Portland, Ore./Lincoln HS). Lake completed 10-of-18 passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns.
• The Auggies jumped on the scoreboard with 6:46 left in the first quarter, taking advantage of a Concordia fumble at its own 38 yard-line. Seven plays later, Frisell completed a 10-yard touchdown pass to Heenie.
• Augsburg scored touchdowns on three of the first five drives of the game. After Heenie's first score, Frisell completed a 15-play, 77-yard drive with a three-yard touchdown run, and Heenie later scored on an eight-yard touchdown reception from Lake.
• After the Falcons cut the lead to 20-10 with 5:56 left, Augsburg took advantage of a penalty on a Concordia onside kick attempt, then marched down the field to score on a Lake touchdown pass to

Derek Glynn (JR, Lonsdale, Minn./Faribault HS) notched his ninth career game with 10 or more tackles, leading the Auggies with 13 tackles (six solo), including a half-tackle for-loss and a pass breakup.

Camdin Carlson-Mathies (FY, Sauk Rapids, Minn./Sauk Rapids-Rice HS) recorded 11 tackles (three solo) with a pass breakup.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE
• Heenie's 151-yard receiving effort marks the 10th time -- and ninth time in his last 12 games -- that he has recorded 100-plus receiving yards. It's his third time claiming 150-plus receiving yards in his career.
FOR THE FOES
• Quarterback Aaron Nixon completed 33-of-50 passing for 358 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing 13 times for 145 yards and a score.
