MIAC POSTPONEMENT RELEASE
MINNEAPOLIS -- Due to the extreme cold weather that has forced several schools in Minnesota, including Augsburg University, to cancel classes on Tuesday and Wednesday, Augsburg's men's and women's basketball games against Carleton College, scheduled for Wednesday (1/30), have been postponed.
The Auggie men's basketball team will play at Carleton on Thursday (1/31) at 7 p.m. in Northfield, Minn.
Due to the Auggie wrestling team hosting Wartburg (Iowa) in a dual meet on Thursday, the Auggie women's basketball team will host Carleton on Monday (2/4) at 7 p.m. at Si Melby Hall.
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Athletic Directors Council announced the postponement of all Wednesday conference basketball games following a conference call on Tuesday morning.
