QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "
Lionel Vang showed why he's the best player in the MIAC again today. His penalty was well taken, but the other moments in attack were absolutely stunning. He has been the best player we have seen at Augsburg in my time here, and we have had some incredible players come through the program."
• "
Garrett Kaelin was sharp today, and the big man,
Daniel Hedstrom, was outstanding organizing the team and creating Lalo's goal. That sequence from Peyton to Dan to Lalo was absolute bliss. A great way for the older two to end their careers."
• "I really liked what Cristo brought to the game today. Together with Giles, they were absolutely spinning the ball in midfield and with real purpose."
• "I am grateful for what this group of players has done for Augsburg soccer. They arrived at a time when we were reconstructing the program, and they have elevated it to the next level in all facets. They remained committed through difficult times, and they created a pillar of stability. Their contributions will live on as we continue to move the program forward together."
