MINNEAPOLIS -- The major snowstorm that will be impacting the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota on Friday and Saturday is impacting some Augsburg athletic events with postponements and/or cancellations. Check Augsburg's athletic Twitter account (@AugsburgAuggies) for updates throughout the weekend and before you travel, as conditions may force changes.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 17
• Augsburg's men's and women's indoor track and field meet at Macalester (Vanessa Seljeskog Classic) has been CANCELLED and will not be rescheduled.
• Augsburg's men's hockey game at Bethel (NSC Super Rink in Blaine) at 7 p.m. is being played as scheduled.
• Augsburg's women's hockey home game against Bethel at Ed Saugestad Rink at 7 p.m. is being played as scheduled.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 18
• Augsburg men's wrestling team will NOT BE COMPETING at the Cornell (Iowa) (Mike Duroe Open).
• Augsburg's men's and women's basketball team's doubleheader at Gustavus has been POSTPONED. The games will be rescheduled to Sunday (1/19) at Gustavus in St. Peter, Minn., with the men's game at 1 p.m. and the women's game at 3 p.m.
• Augsburg's women's wrestling team's dual meet against Wisconsin-Stevens Point has been POSTPONED to Sunday (1/19) at 12 p.m. at Si Melby Hall. There will also be a youth wrestling competition between Minnesota and Wisconsin wrestlers that will be held at 11 a.m.
• Augsburg's women's hockey game at Bethel (NSC Super Rink in Blaine) at 3 p.m. is being played as scheduled.
• Augsburg's men's hockey team's home game against Bethel at Ed Saugestad Rink at 7 p.m. is being played as scheduled.
