Austin Koss (FY, Huntington Beach, Calif./Huntington Beach HS) scored his second collegiate goal in as many games, but the Augsburg University men's hockey team suffered a 2-1 loss to host Concordia College-Moorhead for a split of the key Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference series on Saturday afternoon.

Nick Woodward (SO, Dubuque, Iowa/Dubuque HS), at the 14:20 mark of the third period, cutting the Cobber lead to 2-1.
• Augsburg held a 36-31 shots on-goal advantage, including a 13-7 margin in the third period.

Daniil Gerasimov (JR, Moscow, Russia/State School 1944) had 29 saves in goal for the Auggies.

Charlie Parker (JR, Verona, Wis./Verona HS) had six shots on-goal for Augsburg, while
Fritz Belisle (FY, Red Wing, Minn./Roseville Area HS) had five shots.

• Augsburg, ranked No. 15 in the latest USCHO.com Division III national poll, will enter the final weekend of the regular season with a two-point lead in the MIAC standings. With 29 points, the Auggies have clinched a spot in the five-team MIAC playoffs, and have secured at least a top-three conference finish. Six other MIAC teams still have shots at the final four spots in the playoff race.
