QUOTES FROM AUGSBURG HEAD COACH GREG HOLKER
• "This was a tough game to play. We tried to grow and get better while managing the environment at the same time, but it's just hard when a game like today's happens."
• "We drew another penalty early in the game and
Nick Zuchowski just yanked it wide. Although he's missed a few now, I know how he will respond. He's such an incredible player and leader in our program. He's so fun to watch."
• "It's good to grab goals, however it was hard to celebrate them today. Mitch scored his first college goal and Kebba scored a hat trick. Camel, Kobby, and Menna hit for braces. Varney got on the board -- that was exciting for him.
• "Saturday will be different, as we head back into MIAC play in Duluth. The stakes are high after we lost two points at Macalester. I'm excited to see how we respond."
UP NEXT
• Augsburg returns to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play on Saturday (9/24) at 3:30 p.m., with a game at St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minn.
