WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. -- The Augsburg University women's golf team opened the spring portion of the 2022-23 season at the Bethel University Rumble at the Ridge, held on Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Three Augsburg golfers competed at the 11-school, 12-team tournament, shortened to one 18-hole round on Sunday, as Saturday's round was canceled due to weather.
• Avery Sawchuk (JR, Burnsville, Minn./Burnsville HS) shot an 88 total to tie for 32nd place in the 73-golfer field.
• Elizabeth Fagerlind (SO, Kasson, Minn./Kasson-Mantorville HS) shot 88 to tie for 44th, and Claire Jenkins Coffman (JR, Mount Pleasant, Wis./The Prairie School) shot 110 to place 71st.
