Peyton Hanson (SR, Hudson, Wis./Hudson HS) claimed his second multi-goal effort in the last three games, scoring a pair of goals in Augsburg University's 4-1 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's hockey win at the College of St. Scholastica on Friday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Hanson gave the Auggies a 2-1 lead as part of a three-goal third period, scoring at the 6:34 mark from
Zachary Reim (SO, Shoreview, Minn./Gentry Academy HS) and
Conner Schneider (SO, Sun Prairie, Wis./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS). He also capped the scoring with an empty-net goal with 1:25 left, assisted by
Grant Dardis (FY, Pine Springs, Minn./Mahtomedi HS) and goalie
Alex Timmons (JR, Lake Elmo, Minn./Gentry Academy HS) -- both players' first points in an Auggie uniform.
• Schneider opened the scoring with an even-strength goal 6:15 into the second period, assisted by
Noah Grolnic (FY, Arvada, Colo./Ralston Valley HS) and
Ryan Comishock (FY, Enosburg Falls, Vt./Shattuck-St. Mary's HS).

Nolan Nenow (FY, Jamestown, N.D./Jamestown HS) scored his first collegiate goal at the 11:57 mark of the third period, a power-play marker from Reim and Comishock. The Auggies went 2-for-4 on the power play in the game.
• Augsburg was outshot by a 33-29 margin in the game, with Timmons improving to 2-2-1 with a 32-save effort in goal.
FOR THE FOES
• Gavin Gunderson scored for St. Scholastica at the 19:05 mark of the second period, assisted by Braden Junker.
• Eino Rissanen had 24 saves in goal for the Saints.
