
MINNEAPOLIS --
Nick Zuchowski '23, who spent the past three seasons as an Augsburg University men's soccer assistant coach, has been named the new head coach at Concordia College-Moorhead, it was announced on Monday.
A native of Wales, Wis. (Kettle Moraine HS), Zuchowski was a two-time United Soccer Coaches All-Region midfielder (2021, 2022) during his Auggie playing days, earning All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors in 2022 and 2021 and All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors in 2019. Zuchowski played in 76 games in his Auggie career (2018-22), scoring 22 goals with 19 assists for 63 career points. A finance and marketing major with a 3.41 grade-point average, he earned United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region and Scholar All-America honors in 2022.
After graduating in 2023, he joined the Augsburg coaching staff, where he was a part of teams that went 38-11-14 (.714) overall and 16-3-11 (.717) in MIAC play in his three seasons, reaching the conference postseason playoffs each time. This season, the Auggies finished with a school-record 18 victories (18-3-3) and recorded its best-ever finish in the NCAA Division III national tournament, reaching the national quarterfinals.

Zuchowski will be the ninth head coach in Concordia men's soccer history, taking over for Jon Hedin, who resigned af the end of this season.
