COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. -- The Augsburg University men's basketball team fell victim to a hot-shooting Saint John's University squad in a 110-63 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference decision on Wednesday evening.

• The Johnnies, ranked No. 12 in the latest D3hoops.com Division III national poll, connected on 68.3 percent (43-of-63) from the field, compared to 36.4 percent (20-of-55) for the Auggies. Saint John's outrebounded Augsburg by a 38-20 margin and held a 60-24 advantage in points in the paint.

Andy Stafford (SR, Hopkins, Minn./Hopkins HS) was the lone Auggie to score in double figures, scoring 16 points.
