Veronica Lopez Nash (SR, Brooklyn Park, Minn./Osseo HS) scored three goals for the Augsburg University women's lacrosse team in its 14-7 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference loss at the University of Wisconsin-Stout on Wednesday evening.

• UW-Stout outshot Augsburg by a 51-24 margin en route to the victory. Goalie
Nicole Schuster (JR, Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park HS) had a career-high 22 saves for the Auggies, adding 10 ground balls, one shy of her career best. She also had a career-best three caused turnovers.
• Lopez Nash had her second straight multi-goal game, scoring three goals with two draw controls.
• The game was a close one early, tied 3-3 after one quarter. The Blue Devils outscored the Auggies 3-1 to take a 6-4 halftime advantage, then outscored the Auggies 8-3 in the second half to pull away for the win. UW-Stout had 34 ground balls to Augsburg's 27, and claimed 18 draw controls to the Auggies' six.
