COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. -- Augsburg University (16-9, 9-7 MIAC) fell to Saint John's (MN) (15-11, 11-5 MIAC) in a tightly contested matchup, 81-79, at Sexton Arena. Augsburg University trailed 41-33 at halftime but rallied in the second half, scoring 46 points. Despite the effort, the Johnnies secured the win with a balanced attack, including 13 three-pointers. The Auggies' defense forced 12 turnovers, contributing 17 points off those opportunities. With this game, Augsburg finishes the regular season as the No. 6 seed in the MIAC postseason playoffs and will travel to face No. 3-seed St. Olaf on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. in Northfield, Minn.
