MINNEAPOLIS -- Augsburg University fell to Hamline University 64-44 in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's basketball contest on Wednesday. The Auggies struggled offensively, committing 32 turnovers, which the Pipers converted into 35 points. Augsburg's defense recorded 13 steals. Augsburg was host to a special halftime celebration for National Girls and Women in Sports Day at Si Melby Hall, adding a festive atmosphere to the game.
