2009 Cross Country: Ran in six races... Recorded a personal best time of 28:20.4 at UW-Lacrosse Invitational (Oct.17)


2008 Cross Country: Participated in seven races... Set personal-best  28:54.55 at Carleton... Finished as Augsburg's number seven runner in both the MIAC championship and the NCAA Division III Regional.

2008 Outdoor Track and Field: Participated in the 800 and 1,500 meter distances…800m season-best time (2:11.12) at Hamline Invitational (April 5)… 1,500m season-best time (4:28.79) at Hamline Invitational (April 5).

2008 Indoor Track and Field: Participated in the 800 meters, mile and 3,000 meters…800m season best time (2:12.91) at Bethel Invitational (Feb. 2) … mile season best time (4:54.76) at Carleton Meet of Hearts (Feb. 9) …3,000m season best time (10:32.21) at UW-Stout Open (Jan. 26).

2007 Cross Country: Ran in all seven competitions..set personal-best times in the last three races of the season...set season and personal-best time at NCAA Central Regional (30:57; 152/152).

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field.
