2009 Cross Country: Ran in all seven races... Recorded three personal best times... Recorded his season best time of 26:05.2 at the NCAA DIII Regionals (Nov.15)

2008 Cross Country:  Participated in four races... Set personal-best 26:46.26 at Eau Claire...Augsburg's number three runner at MIAC championship and number five runner in Augsburg's NCAA Division III Regional.

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field at Buffalo HS...two-time state participant in cross country...state participant in track and field (4x800).
