2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x400 meter relay, 400 and 800 meter run...ran a season best 1:56.46 in the 800 meter run at the Holst Invitational (4/12)

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 600 and 800 meter dash...Also was a member of the distance medley and 4x400 meter relays...Set a school record in the 600 meter dash at the MIAC Championship with a time of 1:23.25 (3/8)...named All-Conference Honorable Mention in the 600 meter run.

2012 Outdoor Track and Field:  Competed in the 800 meter run and the 1500 meter run.  Recorded a season-best time of 2:02.22 in the 800 meter run at the Hamline University Meet of the Unsaintly (5/4-5)...Recorded a season-best time of 4:27.63 in the 1500 meter run at CSB/SJU Invitational (3/31).

High School: 3-time Alabama state high school tournament qualifier (6A-140 in 2010, 6A-135 in 2009, 6A-135 in 2008) ...
