2012 Outdoor Track and Field:  Competed in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash and the 400 meter dash...Was a member of the 1600 meter relay team...Recorded a season-best time of 10.81 in the 100 meter dash at the Concordia University-St. Paul Golden Bear Twilight (5/2)...Recorded a season-best time of 21.64 in the 200 meter dash at the University of Wisconsin River Falls (4/13-14)...Recorded a season-best time of 49.38 in the 400 meter dash at the Hamline University Invitational (4/6).

2011 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashs, and the 400, and 1,600 meter relays... Recorded a season-best time of 11.34 in the 100 at MIAC Championship (May 13014)... Recorded a season-best time of 50.18 in the 400 meter dash at the Hamline Unsaintly (May 7)... Recorded a season-best time of 22.46 in the 200 meter dash at the Falcon Invitational (April 9) receiving ALL MIAC Honors for his 3rd place finish at MIAC Chapmionship (May 13-14)... A member of the 1,600 meter relay recorded a season-best team time of 3:19.22 at the Tom Cat Open (April 17)... Also a member of the 400 meter relay recorded a team time of 42.17 at MIAC Championship (March 13-14) receiving All MIAC Honors for their 1st place finish.

2011 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 55, 200, 400 meter dashs, and the 800, 1,600 meter relays... Recorded  a season-best time of 6.59 in the 55 meter dash at the Warren Bowlus Open (Jan 29)... Recorded a season-best time of 51.28 in the 400 meter dash at the St. Thomas Invitational (Jan. 21)... Recorded a season-best time of 22.78 in the 200 meter dash at the MIAC Championship (March 4-5) receiving MIAC Honorable Mention for his 4th place finish... A member of the 800 meter relay recorded a team time of 1:30.89 at MIAC Championship (May 4-5)... Also a member of the 1,600 meter run recorded a team time of 3:26.95 at Carleton Meet of Hearts (Feb. 12).
