2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x400 meter relay, 4x800 meter relay, 1500 meter relay, 1500 meter run, 400 meter run and 800 meter run...recorded a season best 4:07.14 time in the Point Luma Collegiate Meet (3/22).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 600 meter, 800 meter, 1000 meter and 1 mile runs...Recorded season best times of 2:37.79 in the 1000 meter at Warren Bowlus UW-Stout (2/1), 1:58.14 in the 800 meter at the Snowshoe Open (2/22), 4:31.21 in the 1 mile at the St. Thomas Invite (1/24), and 1:24.85 in the 600 meter at MIAC Championships (3/8).

2012 Outdoor Track and Field:  Competed in the 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, and the 800 meter run...Was a member of the 1600 relay team...Recorded a season-best of 25.27 in the 200 meter dash at the Carleton Relays (4/21)...Recorded a season-best of 54.27 in the 400 meter dash at the Northridge Invitational (3/17)...Recorded a season-best of 1:59.85 in the 800 meter run at the Hamline University Meet of the Unsaintly (5/4-5).

High School: Participated in cross-country and track and field at Maple Grove HS.

Family: Mother was a national champion cross-country runner at Bethel College.
