2013 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x400 meter relay, 100 and 200 meter dashes, 110 meter hurdles and the high jump...Recorded a season-best jump of 1.97M in the high jump at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/11)...Recorded season-best times of 15.68 in the 110 meter hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championship, 23.16 in the 200 meter dash at the NCAA Qualifier (5/16), and 11.20 in the 100 meter dash at Carleton College Invitational (4/20)...Finished sixth in the high jump and fourth in the 110 meter hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.

2013 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x200 meter relay, the 60 and 200 meter dashes, the 60 meter hurdles, and the high jump...Recorded season-bests of 7.48 in the 60 meter dash at Bethel Invitation (2/2), 8.97 in the 60 meter hurdles at Bethel Invitational, and 24.59 in the 200 meter dash at the St. Thomas Invite (2/8)...Also recorded a season best jump of 1.93M in the high jump at the MIAC Indoor Championship, which garnered fifth place in the conference (3/2).

2012 Outdoor Track and Field:  Competed in the 100 meter dash, 110 meter hurdles, 200 meter dash, and the high jump...Recorded a season-best of 11.37 in the 100 meter dash at the Concordia University-St. Paul Golden Bear Twilight (5/2)...Recorded a season-best of 15.75 in the 110 meter hurdles at the Hamline Universtiy Meet of the Unsaintly (5/4-5)...Recorded a season-best of 23.27 in the 200 meter dash at the University of Wisconsin River Falls Falcon Invitational (4/13-14)...Recorded a season best of 2.0M (6-6.75) also at the University of Wisconsin River Falls Falcon Invitational (4/13-14).
