2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the dicsuss, hammer throw, javelin, and the shot put...recorded a season best mark 10.03 meter distance in the shot put at the Holst Invitational (4/12).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw...Recorded season best throws of 9.99 meters in the shot put at Warren Bowlus (2/1) and and 12.18 meters in the weight throw at the Pre-MIAC Meet (2/28).

2013 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put, discus and hammer throw. Recorded season-best throws of 9.78M in the shot put at the Janis Rider Invitational (4/27), 30.18M in the discus at the Northridge Invitational (3/16), and 28.11M in the hammer throw at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/4).

2013 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put, throwing 9.31M at the Parent's Day Open (2/16).

2011 Outdoor Track and Field: Compeated in the Discus, Hammer, and Shot Put... recorded a season-best throw in the Discus with a distance of 32.95 at the HU Capitol City Championship (April 21)... recorded a season best throw in the Hammer with a distance of 24.36 meters at the HU Capitol City Championship (April 21)... recorded a season-best throw in the Shot Put witha  distance of 9.16 meters at the HU Capitol City cahmpionship (April 21).

2011 Indoor Track and Field: Compeated in the Shot Put and Weight Throw... recorded a season-best throw in the Shot Put with a distance of 11.23 meters at the Warren Bowlus Open (Jan. 29)... recorded a season- best trow in the weight throw with a distance of 10.32 meters at the St. Olaf Qualifier (Feb. 25).

Highschool: Particpated in track for four years as a thrower, received a varsity letter, was a Tri-metro honorable mention in 2008, a section 4A qualifer for four years. Was a captain her senior year, and named most valuable player her senior year. Also participated in Nordic Skiing for four years, receiving a varsity letter.

Career goal: Elementary School Teacher in the state of Minnesota, preferably for the 3rd or 4th grade.
My athletic goal at Augsburg Is:To beat my personal records in each event, every consecutive year.
Biggest thrill in athletics has been: Winning my Sub-Section track meet my senior year of high school
Little Known Fact: I can whistle using only my tongue
Unusual Fact: I come from a big family: Mom, Dad, Stepmom, half sister, half brother, step sister, and two completely biological siblings
Other Interesting Tidbit: My father had cancer my freshman year of college, I went down to being a part-time student, making me ineligible for athletics my sophomore year. I have been bale to come back and compete once again as a junior and senior.
