2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 4x400 relay, 1500 meter run, and the 800 meter run... recorded a season best 5:37.9 in the 1500 meter run at the Point Loma Collegiate Meet (3/22).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800 meter, 1000 meter, 3000 meter, and 1-mile runs...Recorded season best times of 6:04.05 in the 1-mile run at Parents Day Open (2/22) and 3:30.64 in the 1000 meter run at the Pre-MIAC Meet (2/28).

High School: Participated in volleyball, basketball, and track at Crookston High School.... Named Most Valuable Distance runner for four years... Was a member of the National Honor Society and Secretary of the Executive Board.
