2017 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 5,000 meter run...Placed second and recorded a season best time of 18:45.17 in the 5k at the Parents Day Open (2/18).

2016 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1,500, 5,000 and 10,000 meter runs...Recorded a personal best time of 17:29.46 in the 5k run at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14)...Ran a personal best time of 36:44.70 in the 10k at the Phil Esten Challenge (5/13)...Placed fourth in the 5k at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/13)...Placed sixth in the 10k at the MIAC Outdoor Championships...Placed first in the 5k at the UW-La Cross NCAA Qualifier (5/19).

2016 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1,600, 3,000 and the 5,000 meter runs...Ran a season best time of  10:29.22 in the 3,000 meter run at MIAC Indoor Championships (3/5)...Recorded a season best time of 18:02.87 in the 5,000 meter run at MIAC Indoor Championships, which earned her a second place finish (3/5).

2015 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1,600 and the 5,000 meter runs...Ran a season best time of 5:41.19 in the 1,600 meter run at the Falcon Winter Classic (1/31)...Recorded a season best time of 19:05.40 in the 5k run at University of St. Thomas Showcase (2/13).

2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 1,500 and 800 meter runs...Recorded a season best time of 5:07.9 time in the 1,500 meter run at the Point Loma Collegiate Meet (3/22).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 800, 1,600 and 3,000 meter runs...Recorded a season best time of 5:43.98 in the 1,600 meter run at the Carleton Meet of Hearts (2/15).

High School: Participated in cross country and track at Rosemount HS... lettered in both sports.
