2016 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 60 and 200 meter dashes, the 60 meter hurdles, the 1000 meter run, heptathalon, high jump, pole vault, shot put and triple jump...Recorded his season best mark in the high jump with a jump of 1.52 meters/4' 11.75" at the Macalester College Kilt Classic (2/26)...Set the school record in the heptathalon with a score of 3,859 at the MIAC Indoor Championships, which earned him a 10th-place finish.
2015 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100, 200 and 400 meter dashes, as well as the 1,500 meter run, 110 meter hurdles, high jump, pole vault, long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus, javelin, and heptathlon... Finished seventh overall in the heptathlon at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/1) with a score of 5,392 points.
2015 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the 60 meter dash, 60 meter hurdles, ,1000 meter run, heptathalon, high jump, long jump, pole vault and triple jump...Ran a season best in the 60 meter dash recording a time of 7.40 at the Snowshoe Open (2/20)...Also ran a season best in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.22 at the Snowshoe Open (2/20)...Set a season best mark in the triple jump with a distance of 12.77 meters/41' 10.75" at the Macalester College Kilt Classic (2/27).
2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the 100 and 400 meter dashes, the 110 meter hurdles, javelin, triple jump and long jump...Ran a season best time in the 110 meter hurdles posting a 16.97 time at the Carleton Relays (4/19)...Set a season best mark in the long jump with a distance of 5.94 meters at the Hamline Invitational (4/9).
2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the heptathlon, triple jump, pole vault, high jump, 1,000 meter run, 60 meter hurdles and 60 meter dash...Set the school record in the heptathlon with a score of 3,667 at the MIAC Indoor Championship, which earned a 10th-place finish (3/8).
2013 Outdoor Track and Field: Granted a medical hardship.
