2017 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the weight throw...Recorded a personal best throw of 15.16 meters/49' 9" at the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open (1/28)...Placed 14th in the weight throw with a mark of 13.81 meters/45' 3.75" at MIAC Indoor Championships (2/25).

2016 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the discus and hammer throws as well as the shot put...Recorded a personal best mark of 42.53 meters/139' 6" in the discus throw at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/7)...Recorded a personal best mark of 46.95 meters/154' 0" in the hammer throw at Holst Invitational (4/16)...Recorded a season best mark of 12.81 meters/42' 0.5" at the Carleton Relays (4/23).

2016 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw... Recorded a personal best of 13.58 meters/44' 6.75" in the shot put at the Snowshoe Open (2/19)... Recorded a personal best throw of 14.41 meters/47' 3.5" in the weight throw at the Snowshoe Open (2/19)

2015 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer throw, and javelin.. Recorded a personal best throw of 39.99 meters/131' 2" in the discus at the Bolstorff Twilight (4/23)... Recorded another personal best throw of 46.63 meters/153' 0" in the hammer throw at the Golden Bear Twilight (4/29). 

2015 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw... At the Kilt Classic (2/27) recorded season best throws of 13.36 meters/43' 10" in both the shot put and the weight throw. 

2014 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in the discus, hammer throw, javelin, and shot put...recorded a season best mark in the discuss with a 39.30 meter/128' 7" distance...Also set a season best mark in the javelin with 36.03 meter/118' 2" distance at the Point Loma Collegiate Meet (3/22).

2014 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the shot put and weight throw...Recorded a season best throw of 12.78 meters/41' 11.25" in the shot put at the Snowshoe Open (2/22).

High School: Participated in football and track and field at Armstrong HS

Family: Twin sister, Kali Kuusisto, is a member of the Augsburg Women's Track and Field team. His father, Thomas Kuusisto, earned All-conference, All-region, and NJCAA All-American honors at North Hennepin HS

What I Like Most About Augsburg: I've really enjoyed the people. It's a tight-knit community where the student body and specifically the student athletes can really come together to thrive.

Biggest Thrill in Athletics: For a thrower in collegiate track and field it's a game of inches. When you achieve a personal record in one of your events (even if by just inches) it justifies the work you put in.
